Floor Expert EP 211M
Two-component, solvent-free, self-leveling floor screed based on epoxy resin. It is intended for strengthening and leveling concrete surfaces and cement screeds exposed to medium to heavy mechanical and chemical wear (warehouses, workshops, production areas, garages, laboratories, loading ramps, etc.), and is also used as a base layer in systems with quartz grit to achieve an anti-slip surface in garages and production facilities with so-called “wet processes”.

- Self-leveling floor screed 2–4 mm thick:
- 1.81 kg/ m2 of mixture per layer thickness of 1 mm
- Composition: 1.21 kg of EP 211 mixture (A+B) + 0.60 kg of Floor Expert quartz, granulation 0.1-0.5, or in a ratio of 1:0.5
System:
It is used as a base layer in the HD2 system (constant passage of heavy forklifts and vehicles with hard rubber wheels.

Instructions for use:
- Apply with a notched trowel (tooth size 4 mm).
- Immediately after application with a notched trowel, go over the surface with a needle roller,
- to even out the layer thickness and expel air.
