Floor Expert EP 311
Two-component topcoat based on epoxy resin, solvent-free. It is intended for the protection and decoration of concrete floor surfaces exposed to moderate to medium mechanical and chemical wear (warehouses, workshops, production areas, garages, laboratories, exhibition and sales areas, etc.).
It is also used as a final sealing coating in anti-slip systems for heavier mechanical loads: garages, production facilities with so-called “wet” processes. It is used exclusively in indoor spaces.
Characteristics:
- The dry film is abrasion resistant and resistant to water and chemicals.
- Excellent adhesion to the substrate
- Has a short curing time
- It can be applied in thicker layers and filled with quartz sand.

System:
It is used as a final layer in systems for moderate and medium mechanical loads, LD2 and MD1 (pedestrians and frequent passage of forklifts and vehicles with rubber wheels) and as a final sealing coating in systems for heavier mechanical loads, HD2 (constant passage of heavy forklifts and vehicles with hard rubber wheels).

Instructions for use:
- Apply with a short-haired roller (crosswise) or a notched trowel.
- Immediately after application with a notched trowel, go over the surface with a needle roller,
- to even out the layer thickness and expel air.
