Fasadex Si-Si plaster
Thin-layer protective-decorative paste render based on acrylic binder, potassium water glass, and special hydrophobically modified mineral fillers. It is characterized by high water repellency and excellent resistance to weather conditions. It is produced in granular – Z and grooved – R structure. As a ready-made structural finishing render, it is used for protection and decoration of exterior wall surfaces on old and new mineral renders, leveling compounds, concrete surfaces, and as a finishing layer in the Fasadex MW thermal insulation system.
Characteristics:
- prevents moisture accumulation in the substrate and damage caused by it (growth of microorganisms, separation of layers in thermal insulation systems);
- mineral character of the surface (low tendency to soiling)
- it is resistant to atmospheric conditions
- highly water-repellent and vapor-permeable
- resistant to scratching and impact
- universal application
- easy to apply
