Floor Expert EP 211
Two-component colored self-leveling floor compound based on epoxy resin. It is intended for the protection and decoration of concrete floor surfaces and cement glazes exposed to medium to heavy mechanical and chemical wear (warehouses, workshops, production areas, garages, laboratories, loading ramps, etc.). It is possible to achieve an anti-slip floor surface in garages and production facilities with the so-called. “wet” processes. It is used exclusively in indoor spaces.
Characteristics:
- Outstanding abrasion resistance and resistance to water and chemicals (see resistance table)
- Possibility of filling with quartz sand (economical protection in thicker layers)
- Base layer in systems with anti-slip surface

- Smooth layer with a layer thickness of 1.5–3.0 mm:
- 1.83 kg/ m2 of mixture per layer thickness of 1 mm
- Composition: 1.22 kg of EP 211 mixture (A+B) + 0.61 kg of Floor Expert quartz, granulation 0.1-0.5
System:
It is used as a finishing layer in systems for medium mechanical loads, MD and HD1 (pedestrians and frequent passage of forklifts and vehicles with rubber wheels), while as a base layer it is used in systems for heavier mechanical loads, HD2 (constant passage of heavy forklifts and vehicles with hard rubber wheels).

Instructions for use:
- Apply with a notched trowel (tooth size 4 mm).
- Immediately after application with a notched trowel, go over the surface with a needle roller,
- to even out the layer thickness and expel air.
